In the Community | Forte


Our Forte Program currently serves over 600 elementary, middle, and high school students in 25 regional locations.  In keeping with our mission statement, Forte makes it a special priority to reach children challenged by physical or cognitive disability and economic disadvantage.  Forte provides rewarding experiences through after-school music enrichment, musical instruction and summer camp programs.  Forte offerings have included group guitar classes and choral activities, and a partnership with the Philadelphia Reads literacy program to offer music classes at local summer camps.  Each offering is designed to address the specific needs of the students it serves.
